REMODEL
The goal for this project was to update this newly purchased, outdated property to serve as a highly functional vacation home.
We achieved this by re-imagining and re-configuring the layout. We added a laundry / mudroom / drop zone area, fully renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, added custom millwork, and curated all new furnishings that aligned with the client’s budget.
The detached cottage was also fully renovated and how features special additions, such as a rooftop deck and accordion doors that open to the beautiful ocean view.

We purchased the perfect property for our family vacation home but needed help re-envisioning it to be more highly functional and updated for our lifestyle.
