When John & I aren’t busy working on client’s homes, you can usually find us working on creative projects from our garage. JACK-O-LANTERN BOXES This past weekend, we thought it would be fun to create some Jack-O-Lantern’s. The Pine Boards were pretty warped making it a little more challenging for John to work with. The Neon Yellow Spray Paint helps them illuminate when lit. FLICKERING PUMPKIN LIGHTSfrom AMAZON These are great because they come with a remote control. 2 coats of exterior water based sealer helps protect it from the rain. These really helped liven up our front porch and side studio entrance. I'm so happy with the way they turned out and I love that they're one-of-a-kind. Thanks John! John wanted to make one more but this time using reclaimed wood. It was much easier to work with and he even cut out a hidden hatch in the back to access the flickering lights.
